Start at Plaza Las Américas — exit the mall parking onto PR-23 (Avenida Franklin Delano Roosevelt) heading west / northwest toward Guaynabo. Continue on PR-23 until it merges or transitions toward PR-2 West. PR-2 is the main coastal highway that goes from the western San Juan area out through Toa Alta and into Dorado.
