Leaving Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), take the exit to PR-26 (Baldorioty de Castro Expressway) heading toward Carolina/Fajardo. Then merge onto PR-66 (toll road) toward Río Grande and continue until it connects with PR-3 heading toward Fajardo/Humacao. You can either stay on PR-3 or take PR-53 (toll road) south toward Humacao for a faster route.
