Start at Plaza Pública de Rincón in downtown Rincón. Head northwest on PR-115 (Avenida Profesor Tomás Bonilla Feliciano), which runs along the coast toward the Puntas area. Continue on PR-115 until you reach the intersection with PR-413 (also called Camino Carretas), the main road leading into the Puntas neighborhood.
